2009 Rates
Remote Support – Home Users $45 / hour
Onsite Services – Home Users $75 / hour (travel charges may be additional)
Available Packages
Home User Option 1 – Annual Remote Support Contract
Monthly Remote Check Up ($40 per month, payable in quarterly installments)
- a one hour monthly remote check up including troubleshooting, check of drive space, CPU / Memory utilization, speeds, and any other items as requested by you.
- preferred client rate of $40 per hour for any additional work requested ($40 per hour for remote work).
- access to Private Client area on this site, full of tips and tricks, special offers, etc.
***Note: Monthly “on-site” checkup is available at $65 per month***
- includes a preferred client rate of $65 per hour for any additional work requested ($60 per hour for onsite work)

Home User Option 2 – Annual Contract
Quarterly Remote Check Up (Four quarterly installments of $40 each)
